NEVER TOO MUCH HELP

Author:

Sie hat TOO MUCH ins Leben gerufen.

NEVER TOO MUCH HELP

Why we need to help Japan?
Because we are humans, because we are all dependent of nature.

Who do we need to help?
The world had many images, sometimes cliches of what Japan and Japanese people are. I'm French, I live in Japan since 2001. I'm not going to tell who Japanese people are, I'm not going to tell you if you should love this country and this nation. I just think that cliches shouldn't being stopping people to help when it's needed. And right now it's SO MUCH needed. We need to act. The earthquake and the tsunami had devastated the region of Tohoku in the north of Japan. It's an agriculture area, inhabitants have a simple life. What I mean here, is that, many people think that being Japanese means doing shopping on the Paris' Champs Elysees an expensive Louis Vuitton bag in hands, or having all the newest technical gears possible etc.. Of course some do, of course some have. But I have being watching the faces of the people from Tohoku on TV for days now, and I can assure you, they're not the privileged people you might think they are. Many of them are elderly, many have never put make up on their faces. They are humble people, and now they have NOTHING, they lost their homes, some of them are still looking for their families. The village they have been living in is no more, they're surrounded by tons of little pieces of what used to be their houses, village..

What is the situation now?
Miyagi prefecture survivors are in shelters, it's snowing hard there, today the temperature was -6 °C (21°F). They have no electricity, no water, very little food supplies, and blankets. Some are getting sick due to the hard conditions. It's NOW that we need to help them. Our help will change this, praying might make us feel connected, our donations WILL make their lives bearable.

We have gathered a list of all the ways we have find to help Tohoku, please check the list below, and I am pretty sure you will find the way that fit the help you want to give.
