Force & Narziss

Unterschiedlicher könnten diese beiden Schriften kaum sein – auf ihre Weise ist jede außergewöhnlich.

Force ™, designed von Ricardo Esteves Gomes, ist ein neuer Font von Outrasfontes mit 4 Schnitten: Regular, Italic, Shadow, Dingbats. Force Dingbats gibt es als Freefont.

Force is a contemporary sans serif ultra-black family designed by Ricardo Esteves Gomes. There are 4 font styles: Force Regular, with an upright roman structure; Force Italic, with more cursive lowercase forms; Force Shadow, that can be used alone or as a second layer to Force Regular; and Force Dingbats, cointaining some pictograms. Each font file has some OpenType features: discretionary ligatures, fractions, subscript and superscript. The Force family is suitable for big-size high impact situations like posters, headlines, titles, magazines, packaging and many others you may creatively think of.

Narziss, designed von Hubert Jocham, gibt es als OpenType Font in 3 Schnitten: Swirls, Regular, Drops. Über seine Schrift sagt er selbst:

Since Mommie I gradually got more into swirly ornaments. The massive contrast in the neoclassic style is perfect for thin swirly extentions to the characters. Even in an upright typeface. Narziss is very elegant in big headlinesizes. Use it only very big.

The basic style Narziss-Regular is a neoclassic display font with big contrast.
The Narziss-Drops has got some unique characters with drops that are not usually there.
The spencerian swashes of Narziss-Swirls grow out of the existing strokes an overlap with the next characters.
