RELIVE FACING PAGES 2014 ONCE MORE!
Im März 2014 fand die dritte Facing Pages Biennale in Arnheim statt, über die wir auf Slanted bereits berichteten. Facing Pages widmet sich voll und ganz unabhängigen Magazinen und ist mit Vorträgen und einer Ausstellung Treffpunkt für alle, die Magazine lieben. Nun erschien das gleichname Magazin zur Veranstaltung. Es berichtet ausgiebig über alle dort gehaltenen Vorträge, Diskussionen und Ausstellungen – also auch wenn man nicht selbst dort war, hat man nun die Möglichkeit das Festival nachträglich in gedruckter Version zu genießen.
Aus dem Pressetext: In the past few month we worked very hard on making this great publication covering all the stories told at Facing Pages. These stories together with images of the event and of all the magazines shown at the exhibition make a book of memories for our visitors and a book of inspiration for all that couldn’t attend.

The publication consists of two booklets. The outer part counts 64 pages and is printed in four colors (Cyan, Red, Yellow, Blue) on matt paper. All lectures are collected in this part. The inner part contains the event photo's and an index of all magazines exhibited at our exhibition. This part has 36 pages and is printed in full color on a gloss paper. The booklets are bound by a nice rubber band.
